Gmail and Yahoo mail settings symbian

Gmall Settings

Goto msg folder and select mail box (if you not create any email acccount) press yes! A setting wizard is open. Select start
Select pop3. Press Next
Write your email addrers. Press Next
Write 'pop.gmail.com'. Press Next
write 'smtp.gmail.com'. Press Next
Select an access point (if you have unlimited gprs plan) or set always ask!
Set name Gmail or what you want!
Then go back msg folder press Option > Settings > email > Mail Boxes > Gmail > Connection Settings.
1st select Incoming email
Then fill up User Name (username@gmail.com) and password (your password)!
Then scroll down the page, select Security (port) set SSL/TLS
Then press back select Outgoing email, fill user name and password (as above said)! Set Security(port) as SSL/TLS!
Done! Go back msg folder, open Gmail and then connect or retrieve email!


YAHOO POP3

Incoming pop3 Mail Server Setting

User Name : username@yahoo.com
Password : your password
Incoming mail server : pop.mail.yahoo.com
Mail box name : Yahoo POP3
Mail box type : pop3
Security Port : SSL
Port : 995

Outgoing Mail Server Settings

Email Address : user@yahoo.com
User Name : urer@yahoo.com
Password : your password
Outgoing Mail Server : smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Security Port : SSL
Port : 465


Yahoo IMAP Settings

Incoming IMAP Mail Server Setting

User Name : user@yahoo.com
Password : your password
Incoming Mail Server : imap.n.mail.yahoo.com
Mail box name : Yahoo IMAP
Security Port : off
Port : Default

Outgoing IMAP Mail Server Setting
Email Address : user@yahoo.com
User Name : user@yahoo.com
Password : your password
Outgoing Mail Server : smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com
Security Port : off
Port : 587
